CRISTAL HOUSE is a 940 sq m private residence in the Moscow region whose architecture reinterprets the aesthetics of Neo-Art Deco. The image of the house is inspired by New York architecture of the 1920s: strict geometry and a rhythmic composition of vertical and horizontal lines expressed through cornices and pilaster-like façade elements create a strong and elegant architectural presence.
The restrained façade is clad in white travertine — one of the most noble architectural stones from Italy’s Tivoli quarry — emphasizing the clarity of the volumes. Dark graphite wooden window frames and smoke-grey tinted glazing introduce contrast and strengthen the visual connection between the house and the surrounding landscape.
The landscape design continues the architectural concept: garden composition, circulation routes, framed views from the interiors, and lighting scenarios are carefully orchestrated as a single spatial narrative. Planting and evening illumination together create an atmosphere of privacy, calmness, and refined suburban living away from the city.
The interior extends the same character into the living environment. Elegant lines, soft lighting, noble materials, and carefully selected furniture pieces form a sense of quiet timeless luxury — restrained, tactile, and deeply attentive to the overall atmosphere of the space.
