A comprehensive architectural and urban planning project for the transformation of an active railway depot area near Koptevo metro station.
The concept includes the preservation of historic buildings and their integration into the structure of a new urban district.
Developed elements include the master plan, architectural solutions, functional zoning scenarios, visualizations, and a financial model.
The project combines residential housing, serviced apartments, a park, a business zone, a shopping center, and a themed exhibition complex.
The initiative was developed by ABAM studio as a portfolio concept and intellectual property.
