Ryabovskaya Manufactory Partnership

The project involved the design and renovation of a group of early 20th-century industrial buildings located in a former factory district of Moscow. The work included structural upgrades, restoration of historical facades, and architectural adaptation for modern office and public use. The concept preserved the industrial character of the site while introducing contemporary elements — transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use space with a loft atmosphere, meeting current demands for comfort, functionality, and visual identity.
