Under the Stars

Under the Stars is an intimate coastal retreat in Abkhazia, designed for peaceful relaxation and restoration in harmony with the natural rhythm of the surroundings. Residential modules with panoramic glazing are nestled among coastal vegetation and oriented towards the sea.

The minimalist architecture, combining dark metal, natural wood and glass, is carefully integrated into the landscape, while light-filled interiors create a warm and tranquil atmosphere. The project also features private soaking pools supplied with water from a local spring, two-storey villas, a spa complex, a sea-view restaurant and landscaped walking paths.

Under the Stars will become the first phase of the site’s development, establishing the architectural identity and atmosphere of the future resort.
