This project involved the development and approval of scientific restoration documentation for the Mossovet building — the historical Golitsyn House and a federal-level cultural heritage monument. The work included the restoration of facades and ceremonial interiors, with careful attention to authentic details such as stucco, decorative finishes, and historic lighting elements. In parallel, modern interior solutions were introduced to support contemporary administrative functions, maintaining the building’s representational and architectural integrity.
